We created clean and simple global navigation, which is colour-coded for each core service.
This aids the user in quickly seeing what Fidelius offers, and provides the confidence to navigate around the site without feeling lost or overwhelmed. A bespoke CMS was also built-in to give Fidelius the flexibility to add and edit content.
Fidelius now has a website that combines the promotion of their three core service offerings with a more intuitive user journey, under a unified brand. In the six months after he site went live, visits were up by 28%, ‘dwell time’ had increased by 18% and the bounce rate had been reduced by 33%.
